Every rental includes delivery, pickup, the listed tons and 7 days. Weight over the included tons is billed at $75 per ton by the exact pound from the landfill scale ticket (how weight is billed). Pickup loads assume an 8-ft truck bed filled level, about 2.5 to 3 cubic yards.

What will my final bill be?
Your final bill is the base price plus anything over the included tons and days. A 20-yard includes 3 tons; if the landfill scale ticket shows 3.4 tons net, you pay for 800 pounds at $75 per ton, which is $30. We charge by the exact pound and never round up to a full ton.
Other possible charges: $25 per extra day, $50 per tire, mattress or Freon appliance, and $125 if the truck can't reach the spot.

Call or request a quote, and we confirm the size, included tons and price. Book by 3 PM for next-day delivery. Load it for up to 7 days, call when it's full or you're done, and the final invoice arrives with the scale ticket 3 to 5 business days after pickup.

Placement
Where does the dumpster go?
Most dumpsters go on the driveway. The spot needs to be 12 to 22 feet long depending on size, with about 60 feet of straight approach for the truck. Our drivers set wooden boards under the rails to protect concrete and asphalt. Street placement may need a city permit.

What can't go in a dumpster?
Hazardous chemicals, wet paint and batteries can't go in any dumpster we haul. Tires, mattresses and appliances with Freon are allowed for $50 each. Concrete, dirt, brick and sand go only in a 10 or 15-yard, filled halfway.

How soon can you deliver?
Book by 3 PM for guaranteed next-day delivery between 7 AM and 5 PM. Same-day delivery may be possible when a truck is open, for a $50 rush fee.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
Our drivers place structural wooden boards under the dumpster's rollers and rails to prevent cracks and scratches on concrete and asphalt.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
You don't need to be home if the drop spot is clear. The driver texts or calls 20 to 30 minutes before arrival to confirm placement.
Are you a broker or a local hauler?
Reid Bros is a direct local hauler. We run our own branded roll-off trucks and drivers; when you call, you reach the team that moves your dumpster.
